Standard values: 1 decimal = 435.6 sq ft · 1 katha = 720 sq ft · 1 bigha = 20 katha · 1 gonda = 864 sq ft · 1 kani = 20 gonda. In parts of Chattogram the kani and gonda differ by area — ask us for a certified measurement.

Yes. Land and hill measurement is one of our core services, and GPS survey makes large and hilly plots faster and more accurate to map.
What is the difference between a normal survey and a GPS survey?
A tape or chain survey measures lengths and area. A GPS survey also records the exact coordinates of each boundary pillar, so the boundary can be found again precisely in future.
How long do registration and mutation take?
It depends on your papers and on the government office’s schedule. After reviewing your documents we give you a realistic timeline and keep you updated at every step.
Can you check a property before I buy it?
Yes. We verify the seller’s deed, chain deeds, khatian and mutation records, and measure the land if needed — so you know exactly what you are buying.
Do you work with companies as well as families?
Yes. Our clients include a real estate developer, a ship recycling yard and a food manufacturer, alongside hundreds of individual landowners.
